What Do We Do?
GMS and Associates Ltd provides expert reports in personal injury and clinical negligence cases for clients, covering all aspects of injury – including utmost severity cases: acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy (affecting adults and children), mesothelioma, spinal cord injury, amputation and assessment of required support following the loss of a family member.
We base reports upon documents, face-to-face assessments and telephone interviews.
Our assessments cover the whole spectrum of day-to-day activities to determine functional ability and self-care deficits. We also assess gardening and home maintenance, suitability of accommodation, leisure and holidays, transport, training of care staff to meet national standards, housing arrangements – and any other needs which necessitate consideration.
